AppWorks Developer - Enterprise Systems (5-13 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced AppWorks Developer to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the OpenText AppWorks platform, with expertise in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise solutions.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work in a dynamic environment, and a passion for delivering scalable and efficient business process automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

AppWorks Development and Customization :

- Design and develop applications using the OpenText AppWorks platform.

- Customize workflows, forms, and user interfaces to meet business requirements.

- Implement business rules and automation for optimized processes.

Integration and Deployment :

- Integrate AppWorks solutions with enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, and other third-party applications.

- Ensure seamless deployment and maintenance of AppWorks applications in production environments.

Performance Optimization :

- Optimize the performance of AppWorks-based applications.

- Debug and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure system reliability.

Collaboration and Documentation :

- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

- Document development processes, workflows, and configurations for future reference.

Stay Updated on OpenText Technologies :

- Keep abreast of new features and updates within the OpenText ecosystem.

- Recommend innovative solutions leveraging the latest capabilities of AppWorks.

Technical Skills and Qualifications :

Core Skills :

- Extensive experience with the OpenText AppWorks platform, including development, configuration, and deployment.

- Proficiency in BPMN, case management, and workflow automation.

- Strong knowledge of programming languages like Java, JavaScript, or C#.

Additional Skills :

- Experience with relational databases like SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.

- Familiarity with RESTful and SOAP APIs for system integrations.

- Knowledge of document management systems and enterprise content management (ECM).

- Hands on work experience on Appworks and Angular Or Entity modeling is desired.

- Hands on work experience on Sun Java, JDBC, AJAX, XML, OOAD is mandatory.

- Knowledge of the existing Appworks product portfolio, associated technologies and standards is desirable and would be an asset.
