Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced AEM Forms Developer with expertise in AEM Forms, Adaptive Forms, and Cloud Services. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing AEM-based forms solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and customize AEM Forms solutions, including Adaptive Forms, XDP-based forms, and Static/Dynamic PDF Forms.

- Work with AEM as a Cloud Service to build scalable and high-performance form solutions.

- Configure and integrate AEM Forms with backend systems, APIs, and databases.

- Implement workflow automation, approval processes, and electronic signatures.

- Optimize form rendering, validation, and submission processes for better user experience.

- Troubleshoot issues related to AEM Forms, Form Fragments, and OSGi Configurations.

- Work with Dispatcher and Apache configurations for caching and security.

- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure visually appealing and responsive forms.

- Follow best practices in performance optimization, security, and DevOps.

Technical Skills Required :

- Strong hands-on experience in AEM Forms (Adaptive Forms, Interactive Forms, and XDP Forms).

- Expertise in AEM as a Cloud Service.

- Proficiency in Java, OSGi, Sling, and JCR (Java Content Repository).

- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and SOAP integrations.

- Experience in AEM Workflows, Process Automation, and User Management.

- Understanding of Forms Data Model (FDM), Adaptive Form Rules, and Prefill Services.

- Familiarity with Dispatcher, Apache configurations, and caching strategies.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment models.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Adobe Certified Expert - AEM Forms Developer is a plus.

- Experience with eSign integrations (Adobe Sign, DocuSign, etc.).

- Knowledge of frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) is an advantage.

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

- Ability to work independently and handle client interactions.
