Salesforce Rewards Platform Experience Mandatory

Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer specializing in the Salesforce Rewards Platform to design, develop, and implement solutions that enhance our loyalty and rewards programs. The ideal candidate should also have hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud development to extend our capabilities in personalized customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and customize Salesforce applications, workflows, and integrations for the rewards platform.

- Design scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.

- Build and enhance customer engagement solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware.

- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

- Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to best practices.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.

- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including rewards/loyalty platforms.

- Proven expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.

- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud development, including custom journeys and data integration.

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Marketing Cloud Consultant) preferred.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and Agile methodology skills.
