Technical Lead - Java Full Stack Development (7-10 yrs)

Experience : 7+ years

Location : Hyderabad / Bangalore (Hybrid - 2 to 3 days onsite per week)

Duration : 6 Months

Working Hours : 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM IST

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of developers and provide technical guidance throughout the SDLC.

- Design and implement scalable, resilient, and secure backend microservices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

- Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, performance, and security.

- Monitor production systems using observability tools and ensure reliability.

- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure high team productivity.

- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical strategy.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

- Core Java / J2EE - Strong backend programming expertise.

- Spring Boot - Development of RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Quarkus - Experience building lightweight Java applications.

- Microservices Architecture - Deep understanding and practical implementation.

- Kubernetes - Container orchestration, deployments, and scaling.

- Azure Cloud Platform - Deployment, services usage, and CI/CD on Azure.

- MongoDB - NoSQL database experience for high-throughput applications.

- Apache Kafka - Event-driven architecture and message streaming.

- Frontend (Optional but beneficial) - Knowledge of Angular or React for fullstack delivery.

Monitoring & Observability Tools (Mandatory) :

- OpenSearch - Log analytics and dashboard creation.

- Azure AppInsights - Application performance monitoring and diagnostics.

- Grafana - Visualizing metrics and dashboards for application health.

Soft Skills & Leadership :

- Strong communication and team collaboration.

- Proven Tech Lead experience - managing code quality, delivery timelines, and team mentoring.

- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to project execution.

- Agile/Scrum experience preferred.
