Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) professional to join our client project at Amglobals. This role is fully remote and offers a fantastic opportunity for a skilled consultant or freelancer with deep expertise in OIA/OPA to contribute immediately.

Key Responsibilities :

- Translate complex legislation and policies into clear, testable OIA business rules.

- Model, develop, test (regression & functional), and deploy Oracle Intelligent Advisor projects to production environments.

- Author and debug Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) rules and interviews.

- Develop Interview screens and manage the Oracle Intelligent Advisor Hub.

- Integrate OIA solutions using SOAP/REST Web Services.

- Work closely with customers and Oracle peers to define and implement optimal OIA solutions.

- Deliver business and technical guidance to ensure solution adoption and success.

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OPA).

- Strong expertise in rule authoring, interview screen development, and debugging.

- Hands-on experience with OPA Hub Management.

- Solid understanding and implementation experience with SOAP/REST Web Services.

- Proven ability to translate policy/legislation into business and technical rules.

- Excellent communication and client interaction skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Oracle Intelligent Advisor / OPA certification.

- Experience or knowledge in other Oracle CRM products such as :

1. Oracle Service Cloud / RightNow

2. Oracle CPQ

3. Oracle Sales Cloud

4. Oracle Siebel CRM

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Intelligent Advisor (formerly Oracle Policy Automation).

- Translate legislation and policy into business requirements, whereby end users are able to validate and verify transformation into OPA.

- Responsible for modelling, development, regression, testing, and deployment of the OPA project to production.

- OPA Rule Authoring, debugging, and Interview screen development. Oracle Intelligent Advisor Hub management.

- Knowledge of SOAP/REST Web Services.

- Interact directly with customers and peers across Oracle to arrive at an optimum solution.

- Provide good technical and business advice to the customer at all times with respect to the final solution and its successful

adoption.

- OPA certification is a plus.

- Knowledge of other CRM products(Service Cloud/Right Now, CPQ, Sales, Siebel) is a plus.
