Load Balancer and Citrix Netscaler

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in NetScaler AppFirewall and Load Balancer Citrix Netscaler. This role is hybrid, with day shifts and no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and security of our network infrastructure.
Responsibilities
• - Oversee the implementation and maintenance of NetScaler AppFirewall to ensure robust security measures are in place. - Manage and optimize Load Balancer Citrix Netscaler to ensure high availability and performance of applications. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network solutions that meet business requirements. - Monitor network performance and security, identifying and addressing potential vulnerabilities. - Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations, processes, and procedures. - Conduct regular audits and assessments of network infrastructure to ensure compliance with industry standards. - Lead initiatives to improve network efficiency and security, leveraging the latest technologies and best practices. - Provide training and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. - Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure business continuity. - Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of network issues. - Stay updated with the latest developments in network technologies and security practices. - Contribute to the development of network policies and procedures to enhance overall security and performance. -
Certifications Required
Citrix Certified Professional - Networking (CCP-N) or equivalent.
