Role Overview
- We're looking for a high-performing People Partner (HR Generalist) to join our team in Bengaluru. This role spans Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Leadership Hiring, Learning & Development, Culture & Engagement, and more.
- You'll be a key player in shaping people strategy, processes, and culture-working closely with the leadership team to scale the company during an exciting phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Leadership Hiring
- End-to-end hiring for tech, creative, business, and leadership roles
- Source, screen, interview, and close top talent efficiently
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, referrals, and agencies
- Partner with co-founders and function heads for strategic workforce planning
HR Operations
- Manage onboarding, documentation, HRIS, background checks, and offboarding
- Oversee leave tracking, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance
- Draft and update policies, employee handbooks, and HR workflows
Performance & L&D
- Run performance review cycles (OKRs, 360s)
- Identify learning needs and coordinate training programs
- Support leadership development and career pathing initiatives
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Design and execute employee engagement programs and feedback loops
- Address grievances, drive retention strategies, and ensure team health
- Organize team events, offsites, and internal communication practices
Strategic HR & Culture
- Support organization design and role structuring
- Help define and scale company values and culture rituals
- Collaborate on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 1.5+ years of experience
- Prior experience in structured environments
- Strong communication, process thinking, and stakeholder management
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field from Tier-1 institutes
