Roles and Responsibilities :

1). CI/CD Pipeline Management : Design, develop, and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD). pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes for various environments.

2). Infrastructure Management : Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP). using Infrastructure-as-Code (IAC). tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.

3). Automation : Develop automation scripts and tools to improve deployment and scaling processes, reduce manual efforts, and enhance operational efficiency.

4). Collaboration : Work closely with software development teams to optimize and streamline deployment and release cycles.

5). Containerization : Manage and deploy containerised applications using Docker and Kubernetes for orchestration and scaling.

6). Security : Implement security best practices in DevOps pipelines and cloud infrastructure, including vulnerability assessments and automated security testing.

7). Incident Management : Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, collaborating with development and operations teams to ensure high availability and performance.

8). Version Control : Collaborate with developers on version control and branching strategies using Git or similar systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4-5 years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)., or similar role.

- Strong experience with cloud platforms : AWS, Azure, or GCP (hands-on experience with services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.

- Proficiency in CI/CD tools : Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or equivalent.

- Experience with containerisation : Docker, Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE)..

- Infrastructure-as-Code (IAC). : Hands-on experience in AWS CloudFormation.

- Version control : Strong understanding of Git and branching strategies.

- Collaboration : Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment, collaborating with developers, QA, and operations.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Understanding of security best practices for DevOps pipelines and cloud infrastructure.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
