Key Responsibilities

• Focus on acquiring new customers across India for Contractual Staffing services.
• Educate prospective customers on the merits of Quess's wide range of services, skills, and expertise.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, establishing a presence with senior client personnel.
• Gather information on prospective clients to build and maintain a comprehensive database.
• Develop compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate deals effectively to secure favorable terms for both the client and the company.
• Measure market risk, including growing competition, to strategically position our services.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to develop domain-based solutions and offerings.
• Explore and develop new business opportunities independently,
• Drive sales responsibility and P&L accountability for the business unit.
• Reach sales targets in terms of clients acquired and Master Service Agreements (MSA) signed.
• Be instrumental in client dealings and streamlining the collection process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent professional degree, preferably with a focus on Professional Staffing.
• Proven strong sales experience with a track record of achieving aggressive targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to initiate and build strong, productive relationships.
• Demonstrated strong client connect and relationship management skills.
• Ability to capture and synthesize service offerings from competitors and market trends.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive work attitude.
• Proven ability to develop new troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience in signing contracts and establishing operations with Fortune 500 companies.
• Familiarity with P&L accountability and market risk assessment.
