Manager - Accounts Payable

Hi,

We are hiring a Manager - Accounts Payable (AP) in Bangalore.

Location : Bangalore

Shift : General shift / 5 days working

Industry : Manufacturing / Automobile (Experience is must)

Job Description :

• Payments, T&E, BRS, Vendor reconciliation, supplier advances adjustment and follow ups

• Team handling experience for at least 3 years.

• commendable experience required in invoice processing, payment proposal and payments (manual and Host to Host), hands on in Bank Reconciliations is must, payments domestic and foreign , travel expenses knowledge, GST and TDS knowledge used in AP .

• must worked in ERP SAP, environment, MT 940 knowledge is must

• Experience in H2H payments and manual payments.

• Expert and hands on experience required in preparing payment file, reviewing debit credit balances (Ledger Scrutiny) and recovery of payments from vendors in case of TDS less deducted.

• Advance follow ups, employee and vendor

• Vendor account reconciliations,

• Key metrics preparation.

• Managing SLAs, and stake holder management both external and internal.

• Automation and knowledge in usage of different types of tools.

• Audit support of Stat audit, tax audit, caro audit, internal audits etc. focus on continuous improvements

• Team handling and people management.

• Commendable knowledge in Excel.
