Job Summary:

As an Equipment Maintenance Engineer (Electronics), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the production machinery by promptly diagnosing and resolving electronic failures, particularly in PCBs and associated components. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining our high manufacturing standards and minimizing downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections to identify electronic faults in production machines.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and repair electronic issues in PCBs and associated components like transistors, diodes, microcontrollers, sensors, etc.
• Perform regular checks to identify potential issues, develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
• Work closely with the production team to understand machinery requirements and address electronic concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of electronic maintenance activities, specifically detailing repairs and replacements in PCBs and associated components.
• Document repair procedures, parts replacements, and equipment modifications.
• Stay informed about the latest electronic technologies relevant to PCBs and associated components.
• Propose and implement improvements to enhance machinery efficiency and reliability, with a focus on electronic components.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a related field.
• In-depth understanding of electronic circuits and components, with a focus on PCBs.
• Proven experience in electronics maintenance, specializing in diagnosing and repairing faulty PCBs and associated components, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and repair electronic faults in transistors, diodes, microcontrollers, sensors, etc.
• Familiarity with industrial machinery and electronic control systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
