Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee Daily Site Operations
- Supervise excavation, tank installation, canopy erection, and dispenser setup
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and schedule
Ensure Safety & Compliance
- Enforce safety protocols for fuel handling, underground tank installation, and electrical works
- Conduct toolbox talks and ensure PPE usage
Coordinate with Stakeholders
- Liaise with petroleum companies, civil contractors, and fuel system vendors
- Coordinate with PESO inspectors and local authorities for approvals
Monitor Quality & Progress
- Inspect civil, electrical, and mechanical work for quality assurance
- Track project milestones and report delays or deviations
Manage Workforce & Resources
- Allocate tasks to laborers and subcontractors
- Ensure timely availability of materials and equipment
Maintain Documentation
- Keep daily progress reports, attendance logs, and safety checklists
- Prepare handover documentation and punch lists
Conduct Site Inspections
- Perform pre-commissioning checks for tanks, dispensers, and electrical panels
- Ensure leak testing, grounding, and fire safety systems are in place
