- Looking for a Senior Sales & Marketing professional with 10 to 20 years experience in the sales and marketing of specialty chemical products preferably in Personal Care (Beauty, Cosmetics , Aroma)
- This role is fully responsible for leading Global sales of specialty Chemical Business profitably by maximizing direct and indirect New Product Development, Portfolio optimization and strong customer engagement based on strong Speciality market insights. To foster and grow strategic business alliances with our global partners and local partners, focusing on value addition to the current business for the global market.
KRA:
1. Identify Priority Categories: Based on potential revenue, growth opportunities, and alignment with company goals.
2. Develop Tailored Approaches: Create customized sales strategies for each category, considering their specific needs and preferences.
3. Utilize Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients in target industries.
4. Develop Strong Value Propositions: Clearly articulate the benefits of your products and services to attract new customers.
5. Assess Capabilities and Capacities: Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of each customer's production capabilities, capacity, and demand.
6. Identify Cross-Selling Opportunities: Determine if existing customers can be offered additional products or services that align with their needs.
7. Collaborate with Customers: Involve customers in the product development process to ensure alignment with their requirements.
8. Manage Product Lifecycle: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from development to commercialization.
