About the Role:
- We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and expand market presence.
- The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B/B2C sales, lead generation, and business expansion.
- This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills, the ability to close deals, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
Business Development & Market Expansion:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends, customer demands, and business opportunities.
- Explore and develop strategic partnerships and collaborations to drive business growth.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Expand the company's footprint in new markets and industries, ensuring sustainable growth.
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and offering appropriate solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional post-sales support.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
- Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics and revenue growth.
- Maintain an updated CRM database with accurate client and sales activity records.
- Provide sales forecasts and insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management.
- Strong knowledge of B2B/B2C sales strategies, lead generation, and client acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and sales analytics tools.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a competitive market.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of digital marketing, branding, and customer engagement.
- Familiarity with contract negotiation and deal structuring.
