Corpus - Manager - Presales (4-8 yrs)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Presales Consultant to support our Sales team in showcasing the value of the Corpus Service Delivery Platform (SDP) throughout the sales process. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging product demonstrations, creating impactful marketing collateral, and working closely with internal teams to align business requirements with the platform's capabilities. Your expertise will play a key role in positioning the SDP to meet client needs, managing government tenders, and driving successful Proof of Concept (POC) setups.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Value Communication:

- Assist the Sales team in presenting and positioning the value of the Corpus Service Delivery Platform (SDP) to prospective clients.

- Deliver clear and compelling presentations of SDP features and benefits to both technical and business stakeholders.

Product Demonstrations & Demos:

- Conduct product demonstrations tailored to client needs, showcasing the SDP's capabilities.

Government Tender Management:

- Manage and coordinate responses to government tenders, working closely with internal stakeholders to meet requirements.

Business Requirement Mapping:

- Collaborate with clients to understand high-level business requirements and map them to the functionality of the SDP.

POC Management:

- Coordinate with internal teams to set up successful Proof of Concepts (POCs) with defined success KPIs.

Documentation & Collateral Creation:

- Maintain up-to-date product feature documents and create compelling marketing materials, such as brochures and presentations.

Market Research & Vendor Coordination:

- Research and identify potential equipment vendors, obtain competitive quotes, and coordinate with vendors for product evaluation.

Testing & Evaluation:

- Oversee equipment testing in Corpus Labs to ensure product compatibility and performance.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in a presales or similar role, specifically within the OTT, BSS/OSS systems, or related domains.

- Familiarity with IT systems in OTT, Pay TV, and Broadband industries is essential.

Technical Expertise:

- Strong knowledge of the Corpus Service Delivery Platform (SDP) and its applications.

Proposal Writing & Bid Management: Experience in writing proposals and managing bids, particularly for government and enterprise clients.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

Education:

- MBA or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

- Passion for Technology - A keen interest in curating technology blogs, white papers, and other content to promote the platform.

- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to adapt to client needs and technical challenges.
