- Design visually appealing YouTube thumbnails that effectively convey the essence of the video content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing collaterals such as posters, banners, social media graphics, and other promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to understand the key messaging and target audience for each video.
- Use creativity and design skills to develop thumbnails that stand out amidst competition and drive engagement.
- Ensure consistency in branding and visual style across all thumbnails.
- Stay updated on current design trends and incorporate them into thumbnail designs when appropriate.
- Iterate and refine thumbnail designs based on feedback.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
- Strong creative and artistic abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- A passion for digital media and a desire to create compelling visual content.
- Prior experience with YouTube thumbnail design or other digital media design projects is a plus.
