SAP Project Manager/SAP Project Coordinator

Location : Pune, Hinjewadi Phase1.

Experience : 4-6 Years.

Responsibilities :

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.

- Define project milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.

- Manage project execution, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.

- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues.

- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management.

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.

- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress reports.

- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with functional consultants and business analysts to define and document business requirements.

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and project deliverables.

- Ensure alignment between business processes and SAP solutions.

- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and monitor their progress.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, functional consultants, and basis administrators.

- Resolve team conflicts and ensure effective team communication.

- Monitor project performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Conduct regular project reviews and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.

- Manage project budgets and control project costs.

- Implement change management processes to manage project scope changes.

- Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.

- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and management.

- Ensure all project deliverables are documented and archived.

- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.

- Conduct regular quality checks and reviews.

- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes.

- Apply CMMI project management practices and methodologies.

- Ensure adherence to CMMI process areas and standards.

- Participate in CMMI assessments and audits.

Technical Skills & Qualifications :

- 4-6 years of experience in SAP project management.

- Proven track record of successfully managing SAP project implementations.

- Strong understanding of SAP modules and functionalities.

- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira).

- Strong understanding of SDLC.

- Experience in conducting business process analysis.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.

- Experience with CMMI project management practices.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.

- Experience with cloud-based SAP deployments.

- Experience with SAP Solution Manager.
