CredAble - Senior Manager - EWS & Risk - Portfolio Monitoring (5-10 yrs)

Credit & Portfolio Monitoring:

- Monitor the health of the credit portfolio through financial and operational metrics, including repayment performance, covenant compliance, and exposure analysis.

- Conduct regular portfolio reviews to identify trends, concentration risks, and early warning signals (EWS).

- Develop and maintain credit dashboards and MIS reports for internal stakeholders and senior management.

- Track borrower performance post-disbursement, including financial statement analysis and site visits, where necessary.

- Coordinate with Relationship Managers and Risk team for resolution of stressed exposures.

Early Warning Signals (EWS):

- Set up a framework to capture and analyze early warning signals from internal systems, market data, and third-party sources.

- Flag accounts showing deterioration and support in strategy development for corrective actions.

- Coordinate with recovery/legal teams in case of default or high-risk accounts.

Project Management:

- Lead and coordinate credit and risk-related projects, including automation of monitoring tools, development of internal scorecards, and implementation of policy changes.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with tech, risk, legal, and business teams to implement portfolio analytics and risk control frameworks.

- Monitor project milestones, ensure timely delivery, and report progress to stakeholders.
