Job Description


Job Description:
We re looking for a results-driven Field Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
Roles Responsibilities
Requirement Skills
  • Handling process efficiently from log-in to disbursement removing the hurdles
  • Strong follow-ups with customers, merchant for execution
  • Reaching existing merchants over call visit to get their respective feedback
  • Able to analysis of risky customer/ merchant/ distributors and update feedback to the central team
  • Able to keep an eye on proper correct documentation of the customer while availing the loan facility
  • Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
  • Good communication skills English/ Hindi as regional language will be preferred
  • The person should be all rounder (Multi tasking) must have knowledge of sales cum credit cum collections
  • Throughout checking of all the files and ensuring the data is complete and relevant
