Summary:

- In this role, you'll co-lead business development and marketing efforts alongside practice leaders, focusing on generating leads, creating pitches, writing proposals, and executing digital marketing strategies.

- You will also manage partnerships, achieve sales targets, and promote the brand through content-driven media. Travel to UAE and Saudi Arabia may be required as needed.

Responsibilities:

- Build a strong sales pipeline and meet quarterly targets.

- Collaborate on pitch documents, proposals, and partnerships.

- Execute marketing plans, drive digital outreach, and build a strong brand.

- Develop client and lead databases.

Requirements:

- MBA in Marketing from a top-tier business school.

- 5+ years in business development/marketing, with 2+ years in consulting or B2B services.

- Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.

- Experience in the Middle East is a plus.
