Back Office Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Dealer and Vendor Master Creation
• Creating purchase orders for Vendors
• Order acknowledgment to dealer
• Responsible for entering sales order as per the Po/details shared by WOS Executive and billing it after bar code scanning process at WOS ( wherever required)
• Booking transport to deliver the goods to dealers.
• Making purchase entries.
• Inventory transfers and correction entries based on approval list.
• Landing cost update for purchase entries based on bill copies.
• Coordinating with subsidiary staff for billing and other accounting entries.
• Accounting of expense entries, collections from customer, payment to supplier & service providers.
• MIS reports - Sales - Accounts
• All other related work to the above.
• Preferred candidate profile

Desired Profile:

Any under graduation with knowledge in using in ERP.

2-3 years of experience preferred.
