Role & responsibilities
TUFF Pumps:
Note : - Immediate joiner preferred.
- To enhance the smooth flow of production and meet out the schedule adherence.
- To Enhance the level of accuracy in quality control.
- CNC Machines programming and Conventional machines knowledge required. Ensure for resource and employees are allocated as in the job order.
- To analyze the drawings and machines process flows ( CNC & Conventional Machines)
- Production quantity to be verified and approved for all the job order
- Work request to be created for the break down machines immediately and must be informed to EAM personally and follow-up has to be make until it is made run.
- On the job training has to be given for new employees and multi skilling and to be evaluated and recorded in the training format.
- To Implement all system ISO related requirements and ensuring system and procedures are in place.
Preferred candidate profile
- BE - Mechanical / Diploma in Mechanical with 7-10 years of experience in CNC and Conventional Machines production supervising,
- Knowledge of CNC Programming / Operating & conventional machining systems.
- Knowledge of machining processes & Tooling .
