Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Sales professionals to achieve revenue targets through effective lead generation, client relationship management, and new business development through special initiatives, revenue generation.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance brand visibility in the Local Market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations) to drive growth initiatives such as product launches, promotions, and events.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling products or services.
- Ensure timely reporting on sales performance metrics using CRM tools.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-5 years of experience in B2B sales, ad sales, digital sales, direct sales, field sales, media sales, online sales, internet sales, product sales, Loan/Insurance & Banking Sales.
- Strong understanding of B2B Industry/Client Relationship dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
- MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution with specialization in Marketing.
