Assistant Manager Sales

Roles and Responsibilities

• Evaluate client needs and generate business through solution driven approach
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities. Develop clients (existing & potential) for Business
• Growth
• Responsible for Ad Sales revenue generation from respective categories & market
• Managing clients & local agencies
• Develop the market, expand and open new categories of clients who may be currently inactive
• on Print Advertisement/ News Advt as a medium
• Negotiate / close deals, facilitate documents requirements and ensure proper handover to the operations team.
• Own and exceed annual sales targets year-on-year. Increasing the volume market share
• Identifying new business opportunities from the untapped market sections; further developing the new market in given segment, complete track of special days
• Interacting with ad agencies on a regular basis to fi nalize the big deals.
• Keep track on missing and action plan
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
• Prepare and update client card for all key client and Post Relationship management

Preferred candidate profile:

• Should have an exposure of sales in Media/Telecom/Insurance/Banking/FMCG/Medical/Pharmaceuticals
• Understanding of Sales Number
• 2-5 years of experience in, Ad Sales, b2b sales. Preferring experience with good media companies, Healthcare/Medical, Fintech, NBFCs/Banking and Real Estate Sectors
• Good business acumen and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate, present and infl uence all levels of the organization
• Good negotiation and presentation skills
• Should be tech savvy
• Result Oriented
• Strong in relationship management with clients and agencies
• Should have knowledge of Hindi, English and regional language (Gujarati)
