Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage MD s calendar: scheduling meetings, appointments, travel, and events.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Take notes/minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.
- Assist in drafting emails, letters, and internal communications.
- Support in project coordination and ensure timelines are met.
- Maintain proper documentation and digital records.
- Oversee daily office activities in coordination with other departments.
- Provide general administrative support as required.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Professional demeanor and a proactive approach.
- Discreet, loyal, and dependable.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality.
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (if required).
