Job Description

  • We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our mission of making high-quality products and services available to businesses of all sizes worldwide.
  • We work closely with multi-functional teams to improve our products, services, and our customer experience.
Roles
  • Generate interest and create a qualifying sales pipeline by engaging with QA Managers and Directors/VPs of fast-growing software companies.
  • Qualify generated leads and schedule demos for Account Executives.
  • Generate sales opportunities through cold calling and cold emailing.
  • Identify the prospect s needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
  • Consistently and proactively ensure net new pipeline additions.
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives.
  • Report to the sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
You are a Good Fit For this Job, If You,
  • Have 2+ years of experience in an SDR or similar Sales role, with a history of exceeding lead targets.
  • Are experienced with Lead Generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools such as Salesforce or Hubspot.
  • Are passionate about technology and exploring new prospecting tools.
  • Are driven by the spirit of innovation and learning, and love taking on new challenges.
  • Have excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Have a knack for analyzing and solving problems.
  • Have impressive verbal and written communication skills, particularly via phone and email.
  • Have excellent negotiation skills.
  • Are in the habit of thinking outside the box.
  • Are a proactive team player and work seamlessly in teams of all sizes.
  • Have the ability to adapt and switch between contributing collaboratively and individually.
  • Have a strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization.
  • Are driven by the spirit of innovation and learning and love taking on new challenges.
  • Experience in SaaS platforms is an added advantage.
