Exchange / Messaging Administrator

Required Skills:

• Administration of Exchange Online / Office 365 - Hybrid Mode
• Exchange 2010 Administration
• Experience with PowerShell / Exchange Management Shell
• Message Tracking in both Office 365 and Exchange 2010
• Experience Managing Trouble Ticket Queues
• Proven Customer Service Skills
• Support/Configuration for Email Clients such as:
  • Microsoft Outlook for Windows (multiple versions)
  • Microsoft Outlook for Mac
  • ActiveSync
  • Mac Mail
  • IMAP
  • EWS
• Experience with Email Threat Prevention Services such as Proofpoint, Ironport, Message Labs, etc.
• Active Directory User and Group Attributes

Nice to Have Skills:

• Advanced Active Directory experience a plus (Users, Groups, Computers, Group Policies)
• Experience with Splunk
• Experience with Monitoring
