At Decorpot, we believe in transforming spaces into meaningful experiences. Were looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Design Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad.
As a Design Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the entire design process—from concept development to final execution—while leading a team of talented professionals and maintaining client relationships.
🔹 What You’ll Do:
- Lead the design team and ensure high standards of creativity and execution
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders for smooth project delivery
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and design quality
- Provide creative direction, support, and mentorship to the design team
- Represent the brand’s values through every phase of the design journey
🔹 Who You Are:
- A design professional with 4years+ of relevant experience
- Confident in managing teams and project workflows
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Committed to delivering excellence with integrity and ownership
- Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
