Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact to get RFQs from the clients and coordinate with the internal teams to quote and win business
- Develop relationship with key clients and ensure max SOW and reduce churn
- Identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and cross-selling all portfolio of services
- Conducting regular meetings with clients and executing account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue
- Ensuring payments are coming within the credit period
- It is a 6day working role
What are we looking for:
- Min 6+yrs of exp in KAM / retention roles ONLY. Open to ANY industry, but Logistics would be preferable
- Hardcore B2B sales exp ONLY preferred
- Good communication skills, Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated/ able to drive things on their own
- Hunger for growth
