Accounts Payable Associate

• Process Invoices & Reconcile Invoices: Receive, record, and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Match invoices to receipts and reconcile business accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare Payments & Communicate: Prepare checks and process payments to vendors, contractors, and suppliers. Keep accurate records of suppliers, purchase orders, and outstanding payables.
• Ensure Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Verify Financial Data: Validate financial data to maintain accurate accounts payable records.
• Provide Clerical Support: Offer clerical assistance to support organizational obligations.
