Role & responsibilities

• Experience of Imports, Exports, Custom clearance and domestic logistics.
• Experience in dealing with the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) and Special Economic Zone (SEZ) regulations.
• Proficient in preparing and filing applications for licenses such as Advance Authorization, EPCG, and other export incentives.
• Ability to manage SEZ documentation, online filing on SEZ portals, and maintain compliance with SEZ operational norms and benefits.
• Skilled in obtaining approvals, amendments, and resolving queries raised by DGFT or SEZ authorities.
• Knowledge of documentation pertaining to commercial activities.
• Familiarity with IGCR (Import of Goods at Concessional Rate of Duty) Rules including procedural compliance and usage monitoring.
• Working knowledge of RoDTEP (Remission of Duties and Taxes on Export Products) scheme including eligibility, application, and realization tracking.
• Experience in claiming Duty Drawback, documentation, rate classification, and coordinating with customs for disbursal.
• Must have knowledge of FTP/Customs/DGFT Law and Regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

We are seeking Candidate with 10 to 15 years of proven experience in EXIM Logistics & Knowledge in Custom Clearance, FTA, IGCR, RoDTEP, Brandrate Duty Drawback to join our Logistics department. Candidate who do not meet the specified experience criteria refrain from applying.
