Motor Drive Infrastructure Segment Manager

General Description and Responsibilities:

Assume primary responsibility as the Infrastructure Segment Manager for Drives.

Create Brand Recognition as Motor Drive and Power Quality solutions provider for Infrastructure segment.

Work closely with Utilities- Airport, Urban Transit (Metro) and Other Infra Development Authorities.

Work closely with the Consultant and Contractors working for Infrastructure Segment.

Explore new business opportunities in the infrastructure segment and work closely with sales team to convert in to orders.

Identify market trends and using this information, work closely with Product Management team to close the identified gaps.

Desired Skills and Experience

Degree in Electrical Engineering with 12- 15 years of industry related experience with

knowledge of Variable Frequency Drives.

Key account management.

Experience of working with Utilities / EPC Preferred.

Microsoft Office applications is a must.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast paced, dynamic, team environment.

Travel as per business need

Location: Gurgaon/Delhi
