Motor Drive HVAC Segment

General Description and Responsibilities:

Assume primary responsibility as the HVAC Segment Manager for Drives.

Create “Brand Recognition” as Motor Drive and Power Quality solutions provider for HVAC segment.

Work closely with the HVAC Consultant, Contractors & panel builders working for Infrastructure Segment.

Explore new business opportunities in the infrastructure segment and work closely with sales team to convert in to orders.

Identify market trends and using this information, work closely with Product Management team to close the identified gaps.

Desired Skills and Experience

Degree in Engineering with 8-10 years of industry related experience with

Basic knowledge of Variable Frequency Drives.

Key account management.

Experience of working with Utilities / EPC Preferred.

Microsoft Office applications is a must.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast paced, dynamic, team environment.

Travel as per business need

Location: Mumbai/Pune
