Job Description
- Coordinate with sales team to understand client requirements for Interactive flat panels, video
walls, and smart boards.
- Manage installation logistics including dispatching panels, coordinating with
engineers/workers, and ensuring timely installation at client sites.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of installations and client information.
- Provide technical support and resolve queries post-installation, ensuring excellent customer
service.
- Conduct training sessions for clients post-installation and assist with pre-sales demonstrations
if required.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and clients.
- 2+ years of experience in IT operations, with knowledge of IT hardware installation and basic
IT operations skills.
- Familiarity with Interactive flat panels, video walls, and smart boards preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
