Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and client-handling skills, with a proven track record in sales. This role involves presenting and demonstrating our products to clients, both in-person and online, and managing client relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company s customer base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our Interactive Flat Panels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts, and other documentation required for sales processes.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
  • Travel to meet clients as needed, and conduct online demos when necessary.
Desired Skills:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of sales experience, preferably in the technology or IT industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong client-handling abilities with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and product demonstrations.
