Job Description
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for interactive
- panels within the assigned region.
- Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Provide Interactive Panel Demonstrations to Clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and networking with potential
- clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Partners/Distributors
- from AV industry, educational institutions and corporate clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and
- developments.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support product launches, promotional
- activities, and market positioning.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance evaluations to senior
- management.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in interactive panel technology and provide training
- to sales teams as needed.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand
- awareness and expand the customer base.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, B. Tech, Marketing, or related field (MBA
- preferred).
- Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within the technology or education
- sector.
- Strong understanding of interactive panel technology and its applications in various
- industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyse sales data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer
- service.
- Leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire, coach, and mentor team members.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
