Key Responsibilities:

- Develop & Execute Digital Strategy: Craft and implement a robust digital marketing roadmap aligned with Dentalkart's business objectives.

- Performance Marketing Excellence: Plan, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Display, Retargeting) to maximize ROI and customer acquisition.

- SEO & Content Leadership: Enhance website ranking and drive organic traffic through comprehensive SEO strategies, keyword optimization, and high-quality content marketing initiatives.

- Social media & Brand Building: Strategize, manage, and grow Dentalkart's social media presence to enhance engagement, brand awareness, and customer loyalty.

- Email, SMS & CRM Marketing: Leverage data-driven email and SMS campaigns to nurture lead, improve retention, and boost lifetime customer value.

- Affiliate & Influencer Marketing: Identify, collaborate, and build relationships with key influencers, dental professionals, and affiliates to amplify brand reach.

- Conversion Rate Optimization: Enhance user experience and website conversions through A/B testing, funnel analysis, and data-driven UX improvements.

- Proven Track Record: 8+ years of hands-on experience in leading digital marketing roles, preferably in e-commerce or healthcare industries.

- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, content marketing, marketing automation tools, and data analytics.

- Strong Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize marketing campaigns based on performance metrics.

- Leadership & Team Management: Experience in managing and motivating cross-functional teams for maximum output.
