Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Chhatarpur, Delhi
Working Days: 6 Days (Saturday WFH)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our Human
Resources operations at Dentalkarts Chhatarpur facility. The ideal candidate will bring strong interpersonal and people management skills, a strategic HR mindset, and hands-on experience in grievance handling, employee engagement, and communication.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
- Drive smooth onboarding experience for new hires
- Monitor probation period progress and confirmations
Employee Relations & Grievance Handling:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances
- Ensure timely and fair resolution of conflicts or concerns
- Conduct regular skip-level and pulse check-ins
- Maintain employee trust and morale through transparent communication
Employee Engagement & Retention:
- Plan and execute engagement activities aligned with company culture
- Monitor employee satisfaction through surveys and feedback mechanisms
- Collaborate with leadership to design and implement retention strategies
Performance Management:
- Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems
- Guide managers and employees through performance conversations
- Support in identifying performance gaps and training needs
Learning & Development (L&D) (Basic Exposure):
- Identify high-level training needs based on employee feedback and performance reviews
- Recommend L&D initiatives in collaboration with senior management
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbook
- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
- Mandatory: Graduate in any Degree
- Preferred: MBA or Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a generalist or managerial HR role.
- Prior experience in grievance handling, employee engagement, and HR operations is essential
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Strong people management and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Conflict resolution and employee grievance management
- Initiative-taking, dependable, and proactive attitude
- Comfortable with managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Technical Skills (Good-to-Have):
- Proficiency in MS Excel (data tracking, reporting)
- Working knowledge of MS PowerPoint (presentations, dashboards)
- Familiarity with HRIS/HRMS tools (preferred
