Location - Chhatarpur, Delhi

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented HR Shared Services Executive with 12 years of experience to join our HR team. The role involves managing critical HR operations such as onboarding, documentation, background verification (BGV), insurance administration, exit formalities, and assisting with travel desk activities. Familiarity with the HRMS portal is essential for efficient data management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new employees.
• Maintain and manage accurate employee documentation and records.
• Facilitate background verification (BGV) processes in liaison with external vendors and internal teams.
• Assist with the administration and tracking of employee insurance policies.
• Manage exit formalities and ensure smooth offboarding of employees.
• Use the HRMS portal effectively for employee data management and generate reports as required.
• Provide support to the travel desk by assisting with travel bookings and related coordination.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR Shared Services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR compliance and efficient workflow.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR Shared Services or similar operational HR roles preferred.
• Good understanding of onboarding, BGV, insurance processes, and exit formalities.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS portals is mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
