Job Description
- Design and Production: Assist in the creation of visual assets for web, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and print materials.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other stakeholders, marketing team, and other departments to develop and execute design concepts.
- Brand Adherence: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all materials.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Feedback and Revisions: Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders into design revisions.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve and innovate.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an IT or tech-related industry.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Sketch along with Canva.
- Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, particularly digital media.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Creativity: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and take direction from senior team members.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing. (DaVinci resolve and Premiere Pro)
- Understanding of UX/UI principles.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
