Finance Manager

DevRevs AgentOS, purpose-built for SaaS companies, comprises three modern CRM apps for support, product, and growth teams.

It connects end users, sellers, support, product people, and developers, reducing 9 business apps and converging 6 teams onto a common platform.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Specialist to manage and review the books of accounts, prepare month-end financial reports, lead audits, ensure compliance with local and global regulations, and support the overall accounting and reporting functions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in global financial environments and a deep understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:.

Closing and Reviewing Books of Accounts:.

Oversee the month-end and year-end financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Review and reconcile general ledger accounts, sub-ledgers, and all supporting documentation.

Prepare journal entries, adjustments, and ensure proper documentation and approvals.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and internal financial policies.

2- Month-End Financial Reporting:.

Prepare and deliver timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reports to senior management.

Analyze financial performance, variances, and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Ensure all financial data is accurately reported in compliance with corporate standards and reporting timelines.

Support the preparation of management reports, KPI dashboards, and executive summaries.

Audit Management:.

Spearhead internal and external audits, acting as the key point of contact for auditors.

Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and respond to audit queries promptly.

Implement and monitor corrective actions based on audit recommendations.

Ensure continuous readiness for audits by maintaining proper documentation and internal controls.

Compliance & Regulatory Adherence:.

Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international accounting regulations, including tax laws, statutory reporting, and corporate governance.

Stay up to date on regulatory changes and implement necessary changes in financial processes.

Coordinate with external regulatory bodies and tax authorities as required.

Accounting Operations:.

Oversee the day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and expense management.

Manage fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and consolidations.

Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records and documentation for all transactions.

Process Improvement & Automaton:.

Identify opportunities to streamline and improve accounting processes and reporting efficiency.

Lead or participate in finance-related projects to enhance systems and tools.

Support the automation of manual processes to reduce errors and improve data accuracy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial processes and reporting.

Support global finance initiatives by collaborating with international teams to standardize processes and reporting requirements.

Financial Controls & Risk Management:.

Establish and maintain effective internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial reporting.

Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard the companys financial assets.

Support the development of risk management policies and ensure their effective implementation.

Qualifications:.

Strong knowledge of accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS), financial reporting, and compliance requirements.

Experience in managing audits (internal and external) and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
