Institutional Sales (Asst. Manager / Manager) Pizza Hut

Role & responsibilities -

• Drive Institutional Sales: Develop and implement strategies to grow Pizza Hut's sales among institutional clients, including NGOs, colleges, and other B2B clients.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target institutions, identifying opportunities to establish and grow partnerships.
• Sales Planning & Execution: Develop sales plans and forecasts in alignment with the companys objectives, and oversee their execution within the Mumbai region.
• Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new opportunities within NGOs, educational institutions, and other B2B segments to drive revenue growth.
• Customized Offerings: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop customized menu offerings, promotions, and packages tailored for institutional clients.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the institutional space to optimize sales strategies.
• Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for management to evaluate performance against targets.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction

Preferred candidate profile -

Candidates with prior experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry will be highly preferred, as they will bring valuable insights into fast-paced service delivery, customer expectations, and tailored solutions needed to thrive in institutional sales.
