• Greeting customers: Counter staff welcome customers into the establishment and make them feel comfortable
• Taking orders: Counter staff take orders for food and drinks, including takeout and delivery
• Preparing and serving food and drinks: Counter staff prepare and serve food and drinks, and may also wrap them up for takeaway
• Advising customers: Counter staff advise customers on the menu, ingredients, and special offers
• Keeping areas clean: Counter staff keep eating and serving areas clean and tidy
