Responsibilities:

• Architecture, development, and maintenance of new and existing applications, services, and reports.
• Effectively communicate with senior management and outside departments to gather requirements and provide project scope.
• Participate in requirements gathering and definition efforts
• Provide accurate estimates in support of project planning efforts.
• Technical documentation including project plans and release notes.
• Develop and maintain unit tests for software components in development

Responsibilities

• Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java, J2EE, and Core Java technologies.
• Frameworks: Implement microservices architecture using Spring Boot and Spring MVC for building robust and efficient applications.
• API Integration: Develop and consume REST APIs and GraphQL services to facilitate seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
• Front-End Development: Utilize JavaScript frameworks (Angular 2.0+, ReactJS, NodeJS) to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
• Containerization: Manage application deployment and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Cloud Services: Deploy applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Azure, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Application Servers: Work with various application servers (WebSphere, Tomcat, JBoss) to optimize application performance and deployment.
• Database Management: Design and manage SQL/Oracle databases, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing and participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, and Core Java.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, and Spring MVC.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Proficient in JavaScript frameworks (Angular 2.0+, ReactJS, NodeJS).
• Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of application servers (WebSphere, Tomcat, JBoss).
• Proficient in SQL and Oracle databases.

Desired Skills

• Experience with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Apache Kafka, Spark).
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab).

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Proficient in full stack development with a focus on Java/J2EE technologies.
