Junior Graphic Designer

• The Graphic Designer will create impactful visual content, including images, illustrations, and layouts, for various media
• The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, a strong aesthetic sense, and exceptional design skills, coupled with video editing capabilities to enhance our brand s visual presence

Key Responsibilities:

1.) Design Creation:

• Develop compelling graphics for product illustrations, logos, websites, social media, and advertisements.

• Produce drafts, prototypes, and finalized design solutions addressing specific brand needs.

2.) Collaboration Coordination:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to align visual design with brand and marketing strategies.

• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to collect feedback and make necessary adjustments.

3.) Brand Management:

• Uphold brand consistency across all design projects by adhering to established style guides.

• Support other business lines by providing design expertise and creating product graphics, logos, and offline materials.

4.) Revision Optimization:

• Refine designs, incorporating feedback and revisions from stakeholders.

• Optimize graphics and video content for diverse platforms, ensuring high-quality visuals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design.

• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and video editing work.

• Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.

• Excellent visual, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication skills to articulate and defend design decisions.

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficient in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

• Experience creating motion graphics and animations.

• Knowledge of web design, HTML, and CSS.

• Experience in UI/UX design.
