We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP CPI Integration Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable enterprise integration solutions on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), primarily utilizing SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).

Key Responsibilities :

- End-to-End Integration Development : Take ownership of the complete lifecycle of integration projects on SAP BTP, including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

- SAP CPI Expertise : Leverage your deep expertise in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) to design and develop integration flows (iFlows) connecting various SAP and non-SAP systems (cloud and on-premise).

- Technical Design and Architecture : Actively participate in technical and architectural design review meetings, contributing to the design of high-performance, scalable, reliable, and secure enterprise integration solutions.

- Quality and Best Practices : Demonstrate excellent quality in all aspects of design, development, and delivery. Be responsible for creating maintainable, adaptable, scalable, and defect-free code by adhering to software development best practices and coding standards.

- Parallel Project Management : Effectively manage and contribute to multiple projects and initiatives in parallel, ensuring timely delivery within tight schedules.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work effectively and multi-functionally with various teams, including business analysts, functional consultants, and other technical teams, across different geographical locations and time zones.

- Training and Documentation Support : Assist business analysts in the development and maintenance of comprehensive training materials and reference guides for integration solutions.

- Technical Requirement Gathering and Solutioning : Support technical requirement gathering sessions, develop prototypes and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate solutions with limited initial information from the business, and deliver high-quality technical specifications and documentation.

- Proactive Problem Solving : Identify potential integration challenges and proactively propose effective solutions.

- Continuous Learning : Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices in SAP BTP, SAP CPI, and integration technologies.

Required Qualifications :

- Experience : 6+ years of experience as an SAP Cloud and Integration Developer, with a strong focus on SAP CPI.

- SAP BTP Expertise : Proven experience in developing and deploying integration solutions on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

- SAP CPI Proficiency : Deep understanding and hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), including :

1. Developing and deploying iFlows using various integration patterns.

2. Working with different adapter types (e.g., SOAP, REST, IDoc, SFTP, JDBC, OData).

3. Utilizing Groovy scripting for complex transformations and logic.

4. Implementing error handling and monitoring mechanisms.

5. Managing security aspects within CPI.

- Integration Concepts : Strong understanding of various integration concepts and technologies, such as APIs, web services, messaging queues, and data transformation techniques.

- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving integration challenges.

- Teamwork and Collaboration : Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team, including working with teams across different time zones.

- Adaptability : Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and learn new technologies quickly.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with other SAP BTP services relevant to integration (e.g., API Management, Event Mesh).

- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and other SAP backend systems.

- Experience with different deployment models (e.g., cloud-to-cloud, cloud-to-on-premise, hybrid).

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools for integration landscapes.
