Job Description
We re seeking a highly motivated MBA graduate with strong analytical skills and a passion for technology to join our team as a Business Analyst. Responsibilities

- Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets using Excel, SQL, or similar tools to identify key insights and patterns.
- Story Telling: Develop compelling narratives and presentations based on your research and analysis to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into actionable plans.
- Project Support: Assist project managers in planning, tracking, and executing projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize processes and workflows, leveraging technology to drive efficiency.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in AI, data analysis, and business intelligence.
Qualifications
- MBA degree with a focus on analytics, strategy, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft persuasive narratives.
- Ability to create PPT explaining ideas and concepts being researched.
- Proficiency in using AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini for research and analysis.
- Experience with Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools.
- Demonstrated interest in project management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
