RPA Developer - Python (2-6 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Work with Team Lead/Product Manager to understand business requirements

- Develop functionality/modules with a focus on usability, reliability and supportability

- Ensure excellent levels of performance and scalability

- Adhere to architectural goals and principles

- Document technical design, process flow and support plans

- Consult with various implementation and quality-assurance teams to create and execute unit tests for all code developed

Qualifications :

- Computer Science or Engineering graduate with 2-6 years of experience

- Experienced in Python OR any RPA tools

- Proficiency in at least one RPA tool such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

- Strong programming skills in Python, including scripting and automation.

- Ability to create and execute unit tests for developed code.

- Experience in documenting technical designs, process flows, and support plans.

- Skills in optimizing performance and scalability of RPA workflows and automation scripts.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability and willingness to learn new technologies

- Motivated to develop high quality code and proven testing skills and strategies
