Full Stack Engineer - Golang/React.js (4-7 yrs)

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience in golang, react, react native application development.

- 2-3 years' overall experience in relevant technologies.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience).

- Proven experience with GoLang, React, and React Native.

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

- Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.

- Good understanding of responsive design principles.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Responsibility :

- Develop high-quality, scalable, and efficient web and mobile applications using GoLang.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.

- Ensure the performance, security, and quality of the software through testing and code reviews.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our development processes.

- Development & maintenance of Android & IOS applications on React, React Native

- Work with the product manager and stakeholders keeping everyone in sync with the development schedules.

- Ensuring a high level of delivered code quality

- Ensuring deployments and delivery as per agile program management skills

- Identify problems and bottlenecks beforehand and report to the concerned personnel

- Work closely in a highly AGILE environment with a team of engineers.

- Create and maintain technical documentation of technical design and solution.

- Build product / features that are highly scalable, secure, high-available, high performing and cost effective.

- Help team in debugging.

- Perform code reviews.

- Understand the full feature set/ implementation and architecture of the applications.

- Analyse business goals and product requirements and contribute to application architecture design, development and delivery.

- Provide technical expertise for every phase of the project lifecycle; from concept development to solution design, implementation, optimization and support.

- Act as an Interface with business teams to understand and create technology specifications for workable solutions within the project.

- Make performance related recommendations, and identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks
