Role Description
- The Company Secretary will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining statutory books, attending board meetings, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and providing support to the Management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law and should be a qualified Company Secretary.
- Experience in listed organizations is a must.
- Should be able to build and handle all CS functions including legal tasks.
- Willing to work 6 days.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with corporate governance principles and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
